Howden Group in London is seeking a Safeguarding & Work Experience Strategy Partner to embed safeguarding across Early Careers activities and to define and deliver a scalable UK-wide work experience strategy. You will design governance, policy, and a central model with local empowerment.
You will work with the TA Excellence team and senior stakeholders to build robust frameworks, minimum standards, and nationwide deployment while ensuring compliance and inclusivity.
