Senior Business Development Manager - Pensions Transactions

We are partnering with an innovative and fast‑growing pensions organisation looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager to support the origination and execution of complex pension transactions.

• Lead transaction opportunities from origination through to execution
• Build and manage relationships with consultants, trustees and legal advisers
• Work closely with actuarial, legal and operational teams
• Represent the business in the market through conferences, events and industry engagement
• Support the development of a strong pipeline of future opportunities

• Qualified actuary, lawyer or similar pensions professional
• Strong pensions transaction experience gained within an insurer, consultancy or legal environment
  
  Proven ability to develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
• Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
