Position: Profin Premium Processing

Due to growth within the SME team, a position in premium processing has arisen. Your new role In this role as a Profin premium processing technician, you will act as the primary point of contact for your line of business.

You will manage urgent requests and escalations, oversee workflows to ensure service level agreements are met, and liaise closely with broking teams and credit control. You will review ledgers to resolve legacy issues, monitor income to meet forecast targets, and support audits and insurer escalations. A key part of your role will be driving improvements in slip production and ensuring complex or high-value clients receive exceptional service.

What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will have previous experience in premium processing, ideally with a background in Profin. You will be confident in influencing stakeholders, highly organised, and resilient. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is proficiency in MS Office.
