Join a Team Where Data Drives Real Impact in Pensions! And choose between working 3, 4 or a full 5 day week, with just 2 days in the office for full time, less for part-time.

Are you ready to work at the heart of data transformation in the pensions industry? We're looking for a motivated individual to support a range of exciting, high-impact projects that shape the future of pension scheme management.

This is your opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team where no two days are the same—and your contribution directly supports smarter decision-making, better outcomes, and lasting change for clients. This role is hybrid and can be based at either the London or Hampshire offices with a minimum of two days in the office.

Qualifications
  • A solid understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes
  • Hands‑on experience in pensions administration and data handling—or a genuine interest in learning the ropes
  • The ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines with the support of senior team members
  • An appetite to learn bulk calculation methods and data transformation techniques
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (bonus points for PowerPoint skills too)
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a drive to grow in a data‑led environment
  • An understanding of working within budgets and project scopes
  • Progress towards APMI or similar qualifications is an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Preparing and transforming scheme data for buy‑in/buy‑out transactions
  • Assisting with GMP reconciliation, rectification, and equalisation
  • Supporting data readiness for the Pensions Dashboard and other regulatory initiatives
  • Contributing to benefit audits and data cleansing projects
  • Playing a part in new business transitions and onboarding processes
  • Working closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure data is accurate, complete, and fit for purpose

If you’re looking to develop your expertise, make meaningful contributions, and be part of a genuinely supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and take your next step in a career where data meets purpose.
