Spotlight Sports Group is seeking a CRM Subscriptions Executive to lead personalised subscriber journeys via Braze across email, website and app. You will drive engagement, retention and revenue by leveraging data-driven insights and lifecycle campaigns.
Collaborating with Marketing, Product and Tech teams, you will own the CRM calendar, segment audiences, and run automated flows from onboarding to win-back, while testing strategies to optimise impact.
