• Invent & provide solutions to real‑world problems across clients, leveraging technologies such as Gen AI.
• Build deep client relationships and bring together the wider business – including Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Operations – to create differentiated offerings and enable the best solutions.
• Deliver tangible, transformational change for clients and develop points of view and results that lead the insurance industry.
• Partner with insurance clients to design and deliver innovative solutions that help solve their challenges.
• Work with and contribute to diverse cross‑functional teams, pulling in expertise from relevant areas to deliver differentiated change.
• Own and deliver work streams and projects, efficiently managing priorities, risks, and delivery of outputs to secure best returns for clients.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and contribute to trusted advisor partnerships.
• Support in defining insurance industry solutions, business development, and client discussions on these offerings.
• Build industry expertise and stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide distinctive points of view that build credibility with clients.
• Grow and mentor junior individuals in the practice, sharing your own personal story to help diversify and expand the talent pool.

• Be at ease with ambiguity and identify opportunities through innovative thinking.
• Application of knowledge in Insurance across Personal Insurance, Commercial Insurance and London Markets, and preferably within the Life & Pensions sector.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills to bring insight to complex problems.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, and ability to work in a multi‑stakeholder and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Appreciation for how technology can help solve client’s complex business problems and exposure to technology‑enabled insurance use cases (e.g., Gen AI, analytics, platforms, cloud).

• Passion and enthusiasm for innovating in the insurance industry.
• Proven experience of project and programme delivery methodologies.
• Impact and market relevance with senior client stakeholders (e.g., C‑Suite, or C‑1 level).
• Track record in industry or consultancy of shaping & delivering complex change.
• Distinctive insurance industry point of view and compelling articulation.
• Perspective on the Insurance Technology Landscape (e.g., Insur Techs, Software Providers, Cloud Services).
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in ambiguous problem‑solving environments.

Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role, as there will be requirements to spend time onsite with clients and partners.
