The RoleWe're looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to take end‑to‑end ownership of our customer and internal projects from sales handover, through delivery, to service‑desk transition. You'll run scope, timeline, budget, risk and the customer relationship, working closely with our technical teams and with a high level of autonomy.
This role would suit a Project Manager or Junior Project Manager ready to take real ownership of delivery, work directly with customers, and grow with regular exposure to senior leadership.
What you'll doDelivery & governance
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of customer and internal projects, from sales handover through to service‑desk transition
- Define, control and deliver against agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality
- Lead clean handovers into the service desk, ensuring continuity and clarity
Customers & stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project
- Communicate clearly and confidently at all levels, including regular updates and risk communication
- Manage customer‑side delays and drive projects to timely closure
- Own risk, issue and dependency management, escalating early where needed
- Manage scope and change through formal change control
- Balance commercial impact across time, cost, goodwill and customer experience
- Own project financials (P&L, WIP and billing readiness) so projects close and invoice cleanly
Operations
- Support contract lifecycle management - capturing project contract terms and licensing details accurately
- Support day to day operations tasks
- Act as a key user and improvement contributor for our delivery systems
- Confidence managing senior stakeholders and holding the line on scope and change
- Strong organisation, communication and commercial awareness
- Understanding of project governance and reporting
- PRINCE2 or equivalent is a bonus, not essential
- Salary range: 38000 - 45000 p/a
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays, rising with service)
