Hilton is seeking a Groups, Conference and Events Planning Executive in London to coordinate and deliver memorable meetings and events. You will receive handovers from the sales team, plan logistics, create floor plans, contracts and pro‑formas, and lead planning meetings to ensure seamless execution.
You will work with Delphi/OnQ systems, load data, manage Light Stay and Hilton Honour points, and collaborate across Operations, Kitchen and Front Office to exceed client expectations.
