About the Role
Wayfair is reinventing the way people shop for their homes and our team is tasked with building a best‑in‑class Home retail business across the UK and IE markets. In the EU Commercial Strategy and Enablement team (CSE), you will play a key part in supporting and driving Category Management to grow their business through data‑driven analytics, scalable tooling solutions and streamlined processes.
You will own recurring reporting, deep dives, and process execution that help the team make better decisions on assortment, pricing, promotions, and supplier performance.
This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are interested in entering the technology and e‑commerce space, developing hands‑on analytical and technical skills, and working closely with core business functions to drive real impact and results.
