Operations and Account Manager

Operations and Account Manager — TYI Strategy

London (regular travel to Westminster, Whitehall and our office in Waterloo)

TYI Strategy is a research, strategy, and impact consultancy working at the heart of Westminster and Whitehall — across policy, public affairs, planning, and technology.

We're looking for a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Operations and Account Manager to support our Managing Director and Directors, own our CRM and BD pipeline, manage diaries, support client engagement, and help deliver our presence across conference season.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love bringing structure to (occasional) chaos, and want genuine exposure to clients, campaigns and politics, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience in EA, operations, or account management (consultancy/agency/Westminster-facing a plus)

Excellent organisation and communication skills

Comfortable handling sensitive matters with tact and discretion

Interest in politics, policy, or public affairs

2. Imagine you are arranging a client event that requires liaising with parliamentary stakeholders — venue logistics, guest lists, and last-minute changes are all in play, and three attendees are MPs with packed diaries. Walk us through how you would approach planning this event, and how you would handle it if something went wrong on the day.

3. What experience do you have running or improving an operational system — and what would you want your first 30 days look like?

We welcome the use of AI, but the final product must be your own.
