Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Business Administration, Data Entry
Introduction
You'll sit within operations, supporting the day-to-day running of the business across admin, systems, and coordination. This role touches most parts of the business, from recruitment support to compliance admin, giving broad exposure to how a growing consultancy actually runs.
About the EmployerRenowned Homes is a London-based new homes consultancy. We don't list developments, we move them. Rather than operating as a traditional estate agency, we work as an embedded sales partner to developers, taking ownership of pricing, positioning, demand generation, and sales execution from launch through to completion. We've sold over £80M in new homes, work with developers including Berkeley Group, Ballymore, Barratt, Hill Group, London Square and Fairview, and our founder was recognised in UK Parliament as Under 30's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2025.
It's a lean, high-performance, founder-led team — apprentices here get real responsibility from day one, not just admin support.
