Location: Greater London
Indeed Flex is hiring a B2B CRM Manager to own and optimise the client lifecycle strategy across onboarding, activation, adoption, renewal, and expansion. You will craft automated journeys, write copy, and apply AI to accelerate testing and personalization within the CRM stack.
You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product to ensure CRM activity supports commercial goals and enhances the client experience in a fast-paced, in-office role based near Farringdon, London.
