As Deployment Architect for the Buyer Experience(Lead to Cash) Workstream of our One Informa programme, your role is to design a strategy and framework (with supporting artefacts) that enables deployment of the Buying Experience solution to a collection of businesses in a scalable, repeatable way, encompassing readiness assessments, localisation changes, change management, testing and go live activities. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, experience with complex transformations, and the ability to balance standardisation with flexibility.
Key Responsibilities- Ownership of the overall strategy including phasing, sequencing, and deployment models

This is a rare chance to help steer a multi‑million‑pound transformation at a FTSE 50 company – work of real scale and consequence. The programme is ambitious and high stakes but you’ll be at the centre of a global change effort, balancing a clear central mandate with practical, on‑the‑ground execution across divisions. You’ll gain meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders, sales leaders, and operations, with tangible impact on the buyer experience and Lead‑to‑Cash, grounded in the cyclical and physical realities of the events business. You’ll build credibility by setting clear direction, enabling teams, anticipating issues early, and maintaining healthy, constructive tension to keep momentum.
You’ll also be well supported – with strong sponsorship, a collaborative peer network, and room to grow. Expect to define the strategy, refine a global business readiness playbook, deepen your change leadership, and deliver achievements that accelerate your career.
