Interim Head of CRM & Supporter Operations

I'm working with a well-known national charity looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM leader to join on an interim basis.

This is a genuine turnaround opportunity, stepping into a business-critical leadership role following the departure of the current postholder. The organisation has recently completed a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and is now looking for someone to take ownership of the platform, strengthen governance, improve user adoption and embed best practice across the CRM function.

Alongside leading the CRM team, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to improve processes, increase confidence in the platform and ensure it's delivering real value to the wider organisation. This role would suit someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, leading teams through change and getting the very best out of both people and technology.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
• Experience leading CRM teams and owning enterprise CRM platforms
• A track record of improving governance, processes and adoption
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
