We're partnered with a well-established, highly respected Construction recruitment agency to appoint an experienced Manager to lead and grow one of its specialist divisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious recruitment manager, team leader or experienced senior consultant looking to step into a leadership role with genuine autonomy, strong support and significant growth potential.

The Role

You'll take responsibility for the performance, development and growth of your team while continuing to strengthen client relationships across the Property & Construction sector. You'll play a key role in driving revenue, developing consultants and delivering exceptional service:

• Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing recruitment team
• Driving team performance, revenue growth and profitability
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Supporting business development and identifying new market opportunities

About You

You'll have a successful track record within a Construction recruitment agency, along with previous experience leading, mentoring or developing recruiters. You'll be commercially driven, passionate about developing people and motivated by building high-performing teams.
