Octus in London is seeking a Customer Success professional to drive revenue across Direct Data and Workflow products. You will lead expansion strategies in partnership with Account Managers and Sales Engineers, and re-engage opportunities as needs evolve.
You will own post-sale relationships for a global client base, driving adoption, surface expansion signals, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to maximize the value of Octus subscriptions.
