Product Manager - Growth Enablement

About the role

We need a growth platform that delivers foundational capabilities for conversion, activation, retention, and market scalability. As the product manager, you will define and own the strategy and roadmap, translate platform investments into measurable business outcomes, embed AI where it improves the patient experience, enable dynamic experiences across landing pages, onboarding, and in‑product surfaces, and build a tech stack that launches new markets quickly.

You will ship work incrementally, proving the platform’s value fast.

• Define and own the growth platform strategy and roadmap.
• Translate platform investments into business outcomes with clear hypotheses and incremental releases.
• Embed AI where it genuinely improves outcomes and identify the moments an intelligent layer adds value.
• Enable dynamic experiences across landing pages, onboarding, and in‑product surfaces through CMS and content infrastructure.
• Build a tech stack that launches a new market in weeks, not months.

You are a product manager comfortable in the space between user experience and engineering infrastructure, thinking in systems and capabilities while keeping the patient and growth teams in focus.

• Solid PM experience with meaningful time on platform, growth, data, or infrastructure.
• Hold both technical and commercial views, knowing what is built and how it moves a metric.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, turning vague priorities into a sequenced, defensible roadmap.
• Adaptable, moving with changing requirements without losing sight of goals.
• Comfortable working with data teams on event tracking, user identity, and data models.
• Strong cross‑functional instincts, building alignment across engineering, data, design, and growth without needing authority.
• Curious about where AI belongs in a product experience.
• Bonus:
