Lem Fi is building a multi-country financial platform and is seeking a Senior CRM Manager - Automations to own onboarding, retention, reactivation and cross-sell journeys across remittance, credit, savings and insurance. You’ll work closely with Product, Data and Growth, reporting to the Head of CRM.
You will set up triggers and segments tied to real customer behaviour, test relentlessly, and partner with analytics to measure impact with the aim of moving the business forward.
