Hormona.io is a venture-backed healthtech startup building a hormone-powered health platform that combines science, AI, and data to redefine women's health and wellbeing.

You will partner directly with the founders to build Hormona.io's operating system, transitioning the company from founder-led execution to a scalable, high-performing organization. You'll design OKR frameworks, lead quarterly planning, and manage strategic cross-functional initiatives. This is a high-impact, company-building role focused on increasing execution speed and fostering a culture of accountability.

• Work side-by-side with the founders to influence every part of the business and shape the foundation of a rapidly scaling healthtech leader.
• Join a mission-driven company at an early stage, utilizing AI and data science to tackle the underserved and massive market of women's hormone health.
• Drive tangible impact by building the "operating system" of the company, moving beyond traditional Chief of Staff duties into a true company-building capacity.

• Design and implement Hormona.io’s operating rhythms, including annual planning, quarterly OKRs, and performance review cycles to ensure world-class execution.
• Lead strategic cross-functional projects from concept to delivery, removing bottlenecks and ensuring the business stays aligned with its highest-leverage priorities.
• Support the CEO in high-stakes activities including organizational design, leadership hiring, board meeting preparation, fundraising efforts, and investor communications.

• Has 3–5+ years of experience in high-performance environments like management consulting, investment banking, or operations within a fast-growing, venture-backed startup.
• Possesses a proven track record of building scalable processes and accountability structures rather than just operating within existing ones.
• Combines sharp analytical rigor with a bias for action, excelling at bringing clarity to ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
