We're seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our clients Digital Strategy & AI practice. You'll lead strategic consulting projects for healthcare and life sciences organisations, using AI-enabled approaches to solve complex business challenges.
This role combines client leadership, project delivery, AI-enabled consulting and team mentoring. It's ideal for someone with consulting or life sciences experience who enjoys combining strategic thinking with emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead client relationships and manage projects from scope to delivery.
* Translate business challenges into clear strategic solutions.
* Use Generative AI to support research, analysis and content development.
* Critically review AI outputs to ensure quality and accuracy.
* Deliver multiple projects, managing timelines, resources and risks.
* Configure and oversee AI-enabled workflows and digital solutions.
* Mentor Consultants and Analysts, fostering collaboration and development.
* Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support proposals.
* Work closely with strategy, data and technology teams.
* Contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree (MBA or MSc desirable).
* 4–6 years' experience in consulting, healthcare or life sciences.
* Experience leading work streams or client engagements.
* Strong understanding of healthcare, life sciences or digital health.
* Confident using Generative AI tools in day-to-day work.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
* Experience managing client relationships and commercial discussions.
* Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
