TMPW is a talent advisory leader. As part of People Scout, we combine award-winning heritage with evidence-led solutions across employer brand, media, and content. In an evolving industry, our mission is to provide clients with absolute clarity and measurable impact.

As a Client Manager, you are the operational lead for our client relationships. While the Client Relationship Director (CRD) provides high-level strategic oversight and long-term growth planning, you will own the day-to-day excellence that keeps the partnership thriving. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring our clients feel supported and confident in the value TMPW delivers across the entire candidate journey.

Core Responsibilities:

Commercial Discipline & Growth

You will take accountability for the commercial health of your portfolio in partnership with the CRDs, moving beyond basic coordination to become a value-added partner.

* Commercial Discipline:
Maintain rigorous standards for revenue and GP tracking, ensuring all account data is precise and actionable.

* Financial Support:
Support accurate forecasting, billing, and invoicing to ensure seamless financial operations.

* Account Growth:
Support and maintain account growth pipelines by identifying organic expansion opportunities within your existing client base.

* Consultative Scoping:
Assist in value-led commercial conversations by scoping briefs and preparing professional, high-impact proposals.

* Framework Application:
Apply structured commercial frameworks to transition from an order-taker to a consultative advisor who builds long-term client confidence.

Operational Excellence

You are the central pivot point of the agency that unites our clients with our specialist internal teams.

* Orchestrating Specialisms:
Uniting creative, insight, media, and delivery teams to ensure every solution is joined-up and high-impact.

* Driving Delivery:
Coordinating activity to keep timelines and expectations perfectly aligned.

* Mitigating Risk:
Identifying and flagging potential risks or misalignments early, escalating issues proactively to protect client outcomes.

* Championing Quality:
Supporting the application of repeatable, productised solutions and contributing ideas to refine our processes and reduce friction.

Growth & Development:
Building Future Leaders

We are committed to developing the next generation of Customer Success leaders. Our philosophy is grounded in building your capability through coaching, feedback, and structured learning pathways. We expect a high degree of curiosity regarding developments in talent acquisition and employer branding.

To support your trajectory, we offer:

* Professional Growth:
Customised learning solutions and development plans.

* Academic Support:
Tuition reimbursement and degree sponsorship opportunities for relevant qualifications.

* Leadership

Coaching:

Direct mentorship to help you master the commercial and consultative aspects of the role.

Success in this role looks like well-managed relationships, accurate account information, risks identified early, strong delivery, and a growing contribution to retention and expansion.

Who We Are Looking For

We want a proactive professional with a customer-first mindset and relentless attention to detail.

* Proven experience in client services, marketing, or account management.

* Exposure to media channels, social media, and digital solutions.

* Communication Mastery:
Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted professional relationships at pace.

* Advantageous Knowledge:
Experience in assessment, RPO environments, early careers, or experienced hire recruitment is a distinct plus.

* The Right Mindset:
You take pride in your craft and have the curiosity to learn the end-to-end candidate journey quickly.
