Lead high-priority strategic projects reporting directly to the founding team. You will own everything from commercial modeling and commission structures to city launch playbooks and operational scaling. This high-ownership role acts as a thought partner to the founders, designing the frameworks and systems necessary to scale a fast-growing hospitality fintech platform.

• Direct access and reporting to founders on high-stakes strategic decisions and company-wide scaling.
• Backed by top-tier global VCs with significant early-stage funding and a proven business model.
• End-to-end ownership of diverse projects ranging from financial modeling to operational execution and market launches.

• Design and build complex commercial, financial, and unit economic models to drive critical business decisions.
• Develop scalable operational systems and playbooks for geographic expansion and new market entries.
• Lead a rotating portfolio of mission-critical projects, from pricing strategy to process optimization across the business.

• 5+ years of experience with a strong foundation in MBB-tier consulting or high-growth startup operations.
• Proven ability to own projects from problem definition through to execution with clean, structured output.
• Highly analytical mindset with advanced spreadsheet skills and the ability to present clear recommendations to leadership.
