Are you passionate about building brands that customers love? Do you thrive on taking ownership of products from concept to customer? Join our team as a Retail Vendor Manager II and play a pivotal role in developing Amazon Brands into the most loved brand on Amazon.

In this role, you'll take complete ownership of brand development, supervising the entire value chain of ASINs on Amazon. You'll combine business development expertise with strong stakeholder management skills to drive selection growth, improve product quality, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand product selection by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers while negotiating terms and pricing to ensure best value and quality for customers
  • Take end-to-end ownership of ASIN lifecycle management, from supplier sourcing through quality improvements, ensuring products meet high standards and customer expectations
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement go-to-market strategies that drive product visibility, sales performance, and brand growth
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback data to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for product optimization and cost savings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear communication of requirements, priorities, and performance metrics to achieve business goals
A day in the life

Your day is dynamic and impactful. You'll start by connecting with suppliers to discuss new product opportunities and negotiate terms that balance quality and value. Throughout the day, you'll analyze customer feedback and work directly with suppliers to address quality concerns and improve ASIN performance. You'll collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and optimize product listings. You'll also dive into data to identify trends, evaluate vendor performance, and make informed decisions that drive selection growth and enhance the customer experience.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of with Excel experience
  • 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
  • Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
