Gradient Labs is building an AI-powered customer operations platform for financial services. We are a fast-growing, founder-led team with background from Monzo, Wise, Mastercard, Revolut and Braze, now hiring our founding Partnerships Lead to join us in London or NYC.
In this foundational role you will own partnerships end-to-end, manage existing relationships, and proactively build new ones with hyperscalers, core banking providers, consultancies, and BPOs.
