As a Programme Support Office (PSO) Analyst, you'll work at the heart of major programmes, providing governance, reporting, risk management and project support that helps ensure successful delivery. How you will contribute to transforming the smart energy network and shaping the future
  • Provide programme governance, reporting and project controls to support the successful delivery of key business change initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID), ensuring actions and mitigations are effectively tracked.
  • Deliver insightful reporting, data analysis and dashboarding to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate programme activities including meetings, agendas, minutes, actions and stakeholder communications, ensuring excellent standards of organisation and administration.
  • Build effective relationships across DCC, promoting best practice programme management and supporting the ongoing development of governance processes and controls.
What you need to bring
  • Experience working within a PMO, Programme Office or project delivery environment, with knowledge of governance, reporting, risk and issue management
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to identify trends and help shape solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to collaborate, influence and challenge appropriately.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project, with experience using reporting tools such as Power BI
  • A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
