Progress Housing is seeking a Maintenance Officer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance to all services, grounds and vehicles within a care home environment. You will inspect and evaluate contract services and coordinate with managers to provide equipment and materials needed, while sourcing cost-effective supplies.
You will support service managers by ensuring a safe environment, scheduling repairs and responding to emergencies in a timely, safety-conscious manner.
