As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a commercially minded Strategic Projects Manager to work closely with our CEO and Leadership Team to deliver key business initiatives that drive growth, innovation and operational excellence.
This role will be offering the opportunity to influence everything from new product development and customer experience to operational improvements and franchise growth.

What You'll Be Doing- Lead and deliver strategic projects across the business from concept through to implementation
- Support innovation initiatives, including new product development and customer proposition enhancements
- Drive operational and commercial improvement projects across company-owned and franchise locations
- Develop project plans, business cases and implementation road maps
- Monitor project performance, KPIs and commercial outcomes
- Identify risks, opportunities and recommendations to support decision-making
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Franchise teams
- Present project updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years' experience delivering strategic, commercial or business improvement projects
- Experience with in hospitality, food service, retail, franchise or consumer-facing businesses is a must
- Strong commercial awareness
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Experience supporting NPD, operational improvement or franchise initiatives would be advantageous
- Work directly with the CEO and Leadership Team
- Play a key role in shaping the future growth of the business
