As Operations Transformation Associate Director for the Legal services Industry, you will spearhead large-scale transformation programmes that improve commercial outcomes, enable digital capabilities, and modernise legal services operations. You will combine strategic advisory with hands-on programme leadership, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable value

You will also play a key role in business development — building client relationships, defining value propositions, and contributing to the growth of our legal services transformation practice.

Your role will include:
* Strategic Leadership & Programme Ownership  + Define the overall transformation strategy and roadmap for clients in the legal services industry – covering digital modernisation, operating-model change, cost-to-serve optimisation, and end-to-end matter lifecycle redesign  + Lead programme initiation, planning, execution, and delivery: ensuring initiatives meet objectives on scope, time, cost, and quality  + Oversee multiple transformation work streams (e.g., GBS, process optimisation, service management, enabling technology deployment, data strategy and governance, organisational design, AI/automation, matter management, and client experience)  + Ensure interdependencies, risks, resources and benefits are identified and managed, with clear governance and reporting
