As our Payroll, Benefits and People Data Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time. This role is central to delivering a high-quality employee experience through the effective administration of payroll, benefits and people systems, while providing accurate workforce data and reporting to support informed decision-making.

Working closely with colleagues across People & Culture, Finance and the wider organisation, you will help ensure our people feel valued and supported so they can focus on making a difference to children's lives.

Key Requirements
  • Experience of payroll administration and payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance.
  • Experience maintaining and administering HR Information Systems (HRIS), with a strong focus on data quality and integrity.
  • Ability to produce, analyse and interpret people data, reports and management information accurately.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, data protection requirements and the handling of sensitive employee information.
  • Excellent organisational, numerical and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
