- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in video, media and entertainment industry.
- Experience as a You Tube creator or working with partners or creators.
- Experience in an external facing customer interaction role within customer support, business and relationship development.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently in order to interact and manage and client relationships in this region.
- Experience in managing customer relationships, ideally with digital personalities and influencers.
- Knowledge of and passion for the You Tube creator ecosystem.
- Understanding of the platforms within You Tube's competitive landscape and the content creation process.
- Ability to achieve stretch goals through strategic planning and effective execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Content Partnerships team at You Tube, you'll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You're comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on You Tube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.

- Develop growth strategies for a portfolio of You Tube creators, focusing on audience development, content optimization, and maximizing business generation opportunities.
- Analyze channel performance data to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations, leveraging You Tube analytics effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with creators, maintaining open communication to understand their goals and challenges.
- Guide creators on best practices for You Tube business generation, including ad business and alternative business generation products (channel memberships, super chat/stickers, shopping, etc).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver workshops, webinars, and resources that address creator needs.
