Experteer Overview In this role you drive the daily performance and delivery of the Circulation Operations team within Sage's global publishing ecosystem. You ensure accurate product data, billing readiness, and invoice quality across systems, while guiding cross-functional decision-making with evidence and dashboards. You lead with a hands‑on approach, tackle complex issues, and continuously improve processes and controls to support scalable, auditable operations.

  • Drive daily operational performance and priority setting to meet service expectations
  • Define and monitor SLA and quality standards using data and dashboards
  • Provide hands‑on leadership and practical guidance to the team
  • Safeguard product data integrity across CRM, ecommerce, fulfilment, tax, and reporting
  • Oversee billing workflows to ensure accurate invoicing and root cause analysis of defects
  • Lead complex issue resolution by coordinating cross‑team solutions
  • Improve processes and controls by owning SOPs, exception routes, and audits
  • Plan and implement product‑data and invoicing changes with stakeholder engagement and adoption
Tasks
  • Operational leadership experience in data-intensive or technically complex environments
  • Knowledge of data governance and data integrity for fulfilment, revenue, tax, and reporting
  • Ability to use metrics and dashboards to guide decisions and spot trends
  • Experience with root cause analysis and cross-team collaboration
  • People leadership with clear expectations and feedback
  • Strong communication skills translating complex operations for senior partners
  • Process governance experience with SOPs, controls, and exception frameworks
  • Curiosity about automation and AI; familiarity with SQL and Power Automate; openness to new tools
