Ceremony Of Roses is Sony’s in‑house merchandise team that manages the merch for a host of artists across many genres. We are rapidly growing and have an exciting opportunity to join the team. With the huge recent growth of direct‑to‑fan sales, we are seeking a person who can coordinate the entire process of running an artist’s online store from start to finish, including product ideas, asset creation, inventory management, P&L, ticket bundles and merch ranges.

What you’ll do:
  • Set up the official artist store, collaborating with various internal UK/US teams and be the point person for artist management and internal colleagues regarding each store.
  • Liaise with the design team to create the merch range, obtain artist approval, and then get the range into production, ordering appropriate quantities and pricing accordingly.
  • Manage the life cycle of album pre‑orders, bundles, ticket bundles and inventory levels, working closely with CRM/Digital teams and advising best practice on social media assets, digital spend & strategy/execution.
  • Ensure the store is appropriately linked.
  • Maintain the on‑store merch range by staying on top of trends and initiating exciting new drops.
  • Liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure stock is ordered/delivered within the expected timeframe.
  • Generate pre‑order/sales reports and inventory reports.
  • Manage the P&L for each store, using past data to make informed decisions.
Who you are:
  • Previous experience in a similar Ecommerce role.
  • A passion for creating merch items and seeing the fan excitement when launched.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and familiarity with Excel spreadsheets & calculators.
  • Experience of the fast‑paced, reactive business of an artist’s or entertainment online store.
What we give you:
  • You join a vibrant global community with the opportunity to channel your passion every day.
  • A modern office environment designed for you, empowering you to bring your best.
  • Investment in your professional growth and development, enabling you to thrive in our community.
  • The space to accelerate progress, positively disrupt and create what happens next.
  • Opportunity to champion positive change and contribute to our social impact, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
  • An excellent range of benefits, including private medical cover, a generous pension scheme, life assurance, income protection, plus music‑industry perks and winter‑break time off.
