Role As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead the charge in driving Deal-based Operational Transformation and Value Creation programs for PE and Corporate clients across a range of sectors.

Operational Due Diligence (ODD) Synergy Reviews Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Separation and Carve-Out Planning Divestment Support What We’re Looking For We’re seeking an accomplished professional with:

Experience:

A blend of consulting and industry expertise (5 years) Proven Impact:
Hands-on deal experience across a range of projects (pre- and post-deal). Functional Mastery:
Deep knowledge in ODD and/or synergy review, PMI, and carve-outs. Stakeholder Expertise:
Demonstrable CxO-level management skills and strong engagement with Private Equity and Corporate clients. Versatility:
