Entrepreneurs First is a global talent investor backed by Reid Hoffman and the Collison brothers that has built companies worth over $18bn. They identify exceptional individuals to build startups from scratch, including unicorns like Tractable and high-profile exits to Apple and Twitter.

You will drive the operational engine of Entrepreneurs First in London, owning the end-to-end events strategy and strategic partnership portfolio. By streamlining workflows and managing a vibrant Shoreditch workspace, you’ll ensure five upcoming cohorts have the optimal environment to build world-changing technologies while scaling EF’s brand across Europe.

• Execute a high-impact external events strategy, delivering at least two major leads-generating events monthly to strengthen the EF brand.
• Manage and optimize EF's strategic partnership portfolio, securing sponsor ships and venues while onboarding new partners to provide founder value.
• Scale operational efficiency by integrating AI tools and automating workflows across Slack, Notion, and Airtable to reduce manual overhead.

• Has 3+ years of professional experience in operations, events, or program delivery, ideally within a fast-paced startup or accelerator ecosystem.
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and the ability to find order in chaos while managing a varied workload independently.
• Is a clear communicator with high EQ, capable of building trust with elite founders and high-profile external stakeholders.
