Graduate Research Executive – Customer Experience

• Work on live client projects across sectors including Telco, Retail & Fashion, Hotels & Hospitality, Auto, and Financial Services
• Gain exposure to platform-based customer experience programmes
• Support best-practice delivery across the end-to-end project cycle alongside CX experts
• Gain experience with survey design, fieldwork, sampling management, quality control, dashboard design, data analysis, and platform functionality
• Contribute to and check questionnaires, sampling plans, dashboard specifications, and closed-loop designs
• Take responsibility for smaller aspects of projects and support multiple work streams
• Draft client updates and develop presentation delivery skills
• Contribute to quarterly reviews and understand project financials
• Shadow responses to client requests
• Connect client needs to CX products, services, and current industry and internal thinking
