Partnerships Operations Coordinator – Hotels, Accommodation

• Manage day to day operational communication with accommodation partners, ensuring requests and updates are handled efficiently.
• Coordinate customer requested hotel additions and supplier onboarding activities.
• Validate supplier information and help maintain the quality and accuracy of accommodation content.
• Maintain reporting across supplier operational metrics, onboarding activity, and operational requests.
• Build and improve operational documentation, trackers, and internal processes across the Stays Partnerships function.

• Experience in operations, partnerships, supplier management, or commercial operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and maintain operational accuracy.
• Clear and confident communication with both external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently, take ownership of operational tasks, and know when to escalation.

Demonstrates expertise in operations management, supplier onboarding, and data reporting, with a strong focus on maintaining operational accuracy and effective communication with stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and improve internal processes within partnerships.
