• Build a product vision and strategy for the subscriptions area, aligning it with Monzo’s goals and customer experience
• Communicate the product vision and provide the right context to stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, research, marketing, and other teams to create strategy and deliver products
• Define, deliver, and measure the impact of customer-focused experiences

• Experienced product manager who has led high-performing teams to ship world-class products at a fast-growing company
• Track record of leading consumer initiatives that drive significant value for customers and the business
• Data-driven and commercial approach
• Experience collaborating with machine learning experts or data scientists to define key metrics, run experiments, and deliver business impact
• Ability to systematically break down and solve complex problems
• Good judgement and a track record of making decisions in complex situations

• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and working styles across engineering, design, data, user research, marketing, legal, and compliance
