SPECIALIST ADVISOR– BUSINESS PROCESS & STRATEGY (Process Mining | Process Transformation | Process Reimagination) ROLE OVERVIEW The Associate Director will lead end-to-end process transformation initiatives, managing discovery, design, and delivery of work streams. This role combines hands-on process mining expertise with strong leadership to deliver measurable improvements using enterprise process intelligence and analytics platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead process mining–driven transformation programs across multiple business functions. Conduct process discovery and analysis using event logs, process data, and operational insights. Develop current state and future-state process designs and transformation of roadmaps. Lead workshops for process reimagination, operating model design, and solution alignment. Define KPIs and track benefits of realization across initiatives. Manage teams, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Support governance, change management, and adoption planning. QUALIFICATIONS 9–12 years of experience in process transformation, business analysis, or consulting. Proven experience leading complex work streams and teams. Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills. Experience translating process insights into executable transformation plans.
