They face rising expectations from the board, rapidly changing business models, and a flood of enterprise-wide data.

At the same time, they are asked to improve forecast accuracy, strengthen controls, manage cash, and build a finance team that can do more with less. Wipro’s Finance Transformation services are built for this reality. We help CFOs and finance leaders simplify work, use technology with purpose, and turn finance into a true business partner. Our goal is to help CFOs move beyond “running finance” to shaping the future of the enterprise.

This is a Partner level role within our Finance Transformation consulting practice, and will support the growth of the consulting business across strategic account(s) by leveraging both existing & emerging capabilities, in addition to creating new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth for the accounts and consulting globally. The role will report into the UKI Head of Finance Transformation Consulting.  

͏This role is expected to support the growth agenda, provide thought leadership and be the trusted advisor (in a business development, transformational and delivery capacity) across the following areas;
• Finance Strategy
• Global Business Services (GBS)
• Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
• Finance Technology and Process Automation
• Provide pull-through opportunities for wider Wipro Consulting practice areas (Supply Chain & Operations, Sales & Marketing, AI Advisory & Tech Strategy, People & Change, Sustainability)

• Client Leadership & Engagement Ownership - Leads complex consulting engagements as the primary client contact, building trusted senior stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Consulting Delivery Excellence - Owns end to end engagement delivery, ensuring high quality execution, value realization, and adherence to Wipro Consulting’s delivery frameworks and standards.
• GBL & Cross Service Collaboration - Partners closely with Global Business Lines, SMUs, and Client Engagement Partners to deliver integrated, end to end transformation solutions under the “One Wipro” model.
