The Role We are seeking a PMI / Operating Model Integration Lead with deep Wealth & Asset Management experience to support complex post-merger integration (PMI) programmes across Asset Management (AM), Wealth Management (WM) and Private Banking (PB) environments.

This role focuses on Day 1 readiness, platform and book migration, and the integration of operating models across technology and operations. You will lead integration work streams from strategy through execution, ensuring regulatory alignment, operational continuity and sustainable transformation outcomes.

As AI continues to reshape financial services, you'll be expected to embrace AI-enabled ways of working, using approved AI and automation tools to enhance productivity, accelerate analysis, improve delivery quality and support better client outcomes, while always applying human judgement and responsible AI practices. You'll also help clients identify opportunities to embed AI-enabled capabilities into future operating models and integration strategies where appropriate, balancing innovation with effective governance and regulatory oversight.

What You’ll DoLead post-merger integration programmes across Wealth & Asset Management operations and technology, using approved AI-enabled tools where appropriate to accelerate planning, delivery and programme oversight.

Design and execute Day 1 readiness plans, including governance, communications and risk management, leveraging AI-supported analysis to improve decision-making while maintaining appropriate human review.

Oversee platform integration and book migration activities, ensuring minimal client and operational disruption while identifying opportunities for AI-enabled process optimisation.

Structure and manage Agile integration work streams spanning technology, operations and front-office functions, embedding AI-enabled ways of working where they deliver measurable value.

Ensure regulatory considerations are embedded into integration planning and delivery, supporting the responsible adoption of AI-enabled solutions across transformation programmes.

What We’re Looking For Demonstrable experience designing or delivering Wealth & Asset Management post-merger integrations across Asset Management, Wealth Management or Private Banking.

Strong experience in operating model integration, including technology and operations alignment.

Experience managing PMI planning, Day 1 readiness and regulatory considerations.

Ability to engage senior stakeholders across business, technology and risk functions while communicating complex integration strategies clearly and effectively.

Strong programme structuring, governance and integration planning capability, with a curiosity for adopting AI-enabled ways of working to improve productivity, quality and client outcomes while applying responsible AI principles.

Bonus Points For Experience leading platform and book migration within wealth management environments.

Exposure to cross-border or multi-entity financial services integrations.

Background in financial services regulation with hands-on integration experience.

Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CFA.Experience supporting AI transformation initiatives or embedding AI capabilities (including Generative AI, Agentic AI or intelligent automation) into post-merger integration or operating model transformation programmes.
