Your new role
As the Global Payroll Director, you will take ownership of the company's international payroll function, leading payroll operations across multiple regions with a particular focus on EMEA and APAC. You will be responsible for driving payroll strategy, ensuring compliance across complex jurisdictions, optimising processes, and partnering with senior stakeholders to support continued global expansion.

What you'll need to succeed

Extensive global payroll leadership experience.
