You will shape long‑term direction, track progress, and ensure cross‑organisational delivery of the Museum's strategy, working with senior stakeholders including the Director, Executive Board and Trustees.
You will navigate complex priorities, communicate clearly, and drive continuous improvement while contributing to strategic transformation beyond 2031.
