Salesforce is seeking a driven Customer Success Manager to act as the primary contact for our largest customers within Signature Success. You will maximize value from Salesforce and guide adoption across business units, ensuring customer health and renewal.
You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management, deliver quarterly reviews, and align roadmap with customer goals. Some after-hours coverage may be required; travel to the London office three days per week is expected.
