We're looking for an experienced
education payroll professional
to help drive the development of Every Payroll, our payroll and pensions software designed specifically for the education sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has spent their career running or supporting payroll for schools, MATs, or Local Authorities and wants to use that expertise in a different way.

You do
not
need previous Product Management experience. What matters most is your deep understanding of education payroll, pensions, legislation, and the day-to-day challenges faced by schools and trusts. Working closely with our Product Director, software engineers, and managed service teams, you'll act as the voice of the customer and the subject matter expert behind new system enhancements. You'll help ensure our software remains compliant, accurate, and fit for purpose as payroll and pension requirements continue to evolve.
