You will work across strategic and operational teams to shape future-state capabilities, identify organisational gaps and develop practical roadmaps that enable successful transformation.Experience & Requirements:

• Strong experience developing and supporting Target Operating Models (TOMs) and future-state operating models.
• Proven experience in business architecture, capability mapping, value streams and strategic roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience identifying capability, process and organisational gaps.
• Ability to translate complex business information into clear, structured recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders across strategic and operational levels.
• Experience supporting business transformation and digital change programmes.
