The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and collaborative Manager, Global Experiences to support the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of a portfolio of global experiential learning programmes, including Global Business Experiences, Global Business Assignments and Global Immersion Field Trips.

This role sits within the Degree Education and Career Centre and will work closely with colleagues across programme teams, advancement, faculty, students, external partners and suppliers to ensure high-quality, impactful and well-coordinated global experiences.

You will contribute to operational planning, programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, reporting, financial monitoring and process improvement, helping ensure our global programmes are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

This role is offered as a Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2027.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver a range of global experiential learning programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards
  • Coordinate programme materials, guidance documents, communications and resources across relevant channels
  • Support students, participants, faculty and stakeholders to ensure a high-quality learning experience
  • Manage scheduling, timetabling and resource coordination in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor programme performance, analyse data and prepare reports to support review, planning and decision-making
  • Work with suppliers and external partners to ensure services are delivered to the required standard
  • Support financial monitoring, budget processes and accurate project management information
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes, systems and ways of working
Who We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong project or programme management skills, with excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Experience engaging and working effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Confident using systems and data to extract, analyse and report information
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience of budget monitoring or financial administration
  • Knowledge of business education and/or global business issues
  • A proactive, collaborative and service-focused approach, with clear and professional communication skills

All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community.

For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 2 days per week.

We operate with 'core hours' - 10:00-15:00 - to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work
