Mixpanel is hiring a Senior Customer Strategy & Operations Manager to Partner with the VP of Global CS and own how we understand, retain, and grow our customer base. You will analyze account-level data, drive expansions, and design AI-powered tooling to scale the post-sales motion.
You’ll work hands-on with customer data, build systems turning signals into action, and collaborate with CS leadership and GTM teams to improve retention and expansion across global markets.
