Interim Carve Out Specialist

High-growth PE-backed technology business with an active M&A agenda, are seeking an immediately available candidate to manage a complex carve out.

This will be an experienced, detail-oriented Transformation leader to work directly with the CEO, leadership team and PE sponsor.

This is a hands‑on operator role – taking the programme from consultant thesis to execution. Including / not limited to:

Separation programme leadership, end‑to‑end
Own Day 1 readiness, TSA management and exit
Translate deal thesis into clear plan of execution, holding all stakeholders to account
Lead cross-functional work streams across Technology, Product, Finance, HR and Operations, etc.
Drive technology, systems, process and organisational transformation
Establish governance, KPIs and executive reporting
Work directly with the CEO, Board and PE sponsor to drive pace and accountability

Experience sought:

Carve‑outs and separations experience
Technology business exposure, ideally software
Portco experience

You will be commercially sharp, highly pragmatic and comfortable operating at both Board level and in the detail.
