Location: Greater London
Wise is seeking a Senior CRM Manager in London to own the CRM strategy across Invite and Pricing, driving commercial growth through referrals and price leadership. You will lead lifecycle management, segmentation, incentives, and customer engagement across email, push, and in‑app channels.
You will collaborate with Product, Analytics, UX Research, Designers, Copywriters and Engineers to optimise campaigns, improve deliverability, localisation, and testing.
