Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organised and delivery-focused Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects across our global Product Development programme, predominantly within small domestic appliances and consumer goods.

Sitting within the Product Development team, this role will own the project management layer across the development pipeline, ensuring products move efficiently from sourcing and development through compliance, copy, artwork, production and launch. You will bring together timelines, actions, dependencies and risks across Product Development, Sourcing, QA, Compliance, Copy, Artwork, Commercial and other supporting functions into one clear and achievable project plan.

Working closely with the Product Development Lead, you will act as an operational extension of the role. You will translate fixed business and launch deadlines into structured internal plans, maintain visibility of progress, challenge missed or unrealistic dates and escalates risks where delivery is at risk.

This is a hands‑on role for someone early in their project management career who enjoys creating structure, keeping multiple work streams moving and working collaboratively across teams. You will also help introduce practical project management tools, processes and ways of working that enable the function to scale as our product portfolio grows.

  • Track progress, identify delays and proactively highlight conflicting dates, missing information or resource constraints.
  • Follow up actions, maintain momentum and escalat issues when projects are at risk.
  • Provide clear visibility of project and programme status to the Product Development Lead and wider stakeholders.
Cross‑Functional Project Management
  • Work closely with Product Development Executives to ensure technical development, testing, sample reviews and product decisions align with the overall schedule.
  • Partner with Sourcing and QA to maintain supplier, sample, tooling, testing, production and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate with Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements and testing are completed on time.
  • Manage Copy and Artwork schedules, ensuring inputs, reviews, approvals and supplier submissions happen to plan.
  • Work with Commercial, Operations and launch teams to maintain visibility of launch dates and material project risks.
  • Connect teams and ensure dependencies are clearly understood and actively managed.
Risk, Actions & Escalation
  • Maintain clear tracking of project actions, risks and dependencies.
  • Identify issues early and work with project owners to establish recovery actions.
  • Challenge plans or dates that are incomplete, inconsistent or unlikely to deliver the required outcome.
  • Escalate material risks, resource conflicts and decisions to the Product Development Lead or relevant functional leader.
  • Ensure decisions and changes are accurately reflected across project plans and stakeholder communications.
Project Management Capability
  • Introduce structured project management practices and consistent ways of working across Product Development.
  • Improve project trackers, planning tools, meeting structures and reporting.
  • Apply practical project management methods without over‑engineering the process.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve visibility and increase delivery speed.
  • Help establish repeatable standards that can scale as our portfolio, categories and regions grow.

  • Act as an operational extension of the Product Development Lead in the day‑to‑day management of the development programme.
  • Provide concise, decision‑ready reporting on progress, risks, dependencies and required actions.
